    Really friendly staff and vets. They really take their time to make sure you have as much knowledge and understanding as you can about how your puppy is doing and how to help them develop into the best dog they can be

    I have been taking my cats to Dr. Doris Neculoiu for about fifteen years. I was so happy to find her at her new office the Upper Bathurst clinic...because she is just wonderful in every way! ('Father' of Siamese cats Len & Herb).

    Took my puppy here for his first vet visit and vaccinations. I changed vets after that visit as I was not happy with this place. They didn't do anything wrong, it just didn't feel like a good fit for me.

    They were good; but expensive. They also tried to push getting pet insurance for my cat. Overall a pleasant experience but I didn't appreciate feeling pressured and guilted into getting pet insurance. (Which I did not get)
