  I've been shopping here for the past year and always had amazing experiences. Recently I went in looking for some help with my dog and was pleased to find everyone extra helpful, had me bring back the food that wasn't working for my dog for a refund and offered to order me something that they didn't even carry in the store in exchange. I'm pleased to say this new food has been helping. fantastic store

  I'm a regular customer at The Yorkmills location of Global Pet Foods. I've been shopping here for years and love this store! The staff are helpful, informed and so friendly! I've gone in a number of times with a variety of issues and questions and they've never let me down. I was in on the weekend however and had a unfortunate encounter. Another customer was harassing the employees and being aggressive and wouldn't be surprised if they were here making bad comments. I must say the staff and the manager handled it very well as these girls were acting very inappropriate and causing a scene because it seemed they did not agree with a policy. Spreading some love today because there's too many people quick to post about negative things but not enough positivity! 10 STARS!
