    I damaged the door and they try to charge me unfair price and it is nearly three times more than fair price. Their explanation is "company policy "and you have to give this money .

    I rented one unit Smartstop self storage but the storage water burst, and then the almost whole 1st floor unit is a mess and has a water demage. But the company did nothing to compensate for the loss of water demage and they told they don't have responsibility.
