  I had really good experience, got my storage 3 days ago, for a good price comparing to others, storage has light inside, and they gave you a truck for free to move your staff in.

  Increased price without any notice. Very poor customer service. If you need to talk - probably call 15-20 times for 2-3 hours and then someone will answer. Their price is not the cheapest. Stay away and save your money

  Great location for business storage. Their truck level loading docks are important feature since our pallets are heavy. Their freight elevator can handle 3000 lbs. So even if their is no storage locker on the dock level floor, we can store upstairs. We have used this storage company for years on an as needed basis, and their staff have been very helpful.

  I have recently used Secure Self Storage and I have to say that I have been nothing but impressed with my experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist me with my unit. The facility is very clean, the hallways and the units are well lit and there is lots of loading and parking space. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone.

  As of recently, the rent keep increasing. They raise my rent twice within 8 months. And now I am realizing that I have paid rent at this place for over twice what my items actually cost. An oversight I made, so if I had given my stuff away for free in the beginning I would have saved money.
