  My brother and I went into ugg the other day to purchase a few boots and was helped by an associate named Tasha. She was amazing! I purchased a few items from her and there was one boots that was sold out and she went above and beyond for me. Tasha called the other Ugg stores for me and was able to find me my boots and did a phone order. She had a smile on her face the whole time. Tasha’s such a gorgeous person inside and out Ugg really needs her because everyone else that works there is terrible. I suggest those that want to shop at Ugg Yorkdale you should ask for Tasha, I gave her a huge hug on my way out. Amazing customer service.

  The costumer service in this store is a disaster. For example, I called today to buy a shoe lace for my UGG shoes. They put me on hold. I needed to call a few times until I got the person I talked to. She told me to call costumer service. This person actually told me that they do have shoe laces in the store before putting me on hold. What a joke is this store? Who is managing UGG Canada? I called today a few times prior but nobody picked up the phone. I had similar bad experiences in the past when I personally went to the store. UGG shoes are expensive but the people working here are incompetent, lazy, and dishonest. it is so disgusting to deal with them.

  Cute products :) was at this location last week to buy bailey bow boots in chesnut color and I love them! Thinking of getting the grey ones soon. Staffs were really nice.

  I had wanted to buy a shoe and 2 associate by the name of Vanessa and Salana were absolutely beyond disrespectful. Vanessa repeatedly rolled her eyes at me while I was asking about a product when I had absolutely no knowledge about ugg products. She then proceeded to walk away to grab my shoe size and she was laughing and speaking low under her breath. This was such an uncomfortable experience that before she had brought my shoe back I immediately had left the store. Before I left I made sure that I asked another associate the name of these two women and the manager so I can report such horrible behaviour and it turns out, both of the ladies helping was management. I’ve never seen such disrespectful customer service.
