    I was literally just at this location and the store barely had any customers in it even though its Christmas. The lady covering the front desk/cash area did not even greet me despite standing at the desk waiting for her to acknowledge me. I wanted to ask if they had black laces for my boots but after a very awkward 2 minutes of standing there I turned around and got the hell outta there!

    Asked sales person to keep two items by the cashier, one on clearance sale and winter boots on full price. When I got to the cashier, the clearance shoes were gone!!!!! No sympathy!!!!! Can't trust sales people here }:(
