  Christian Louboutin Yorkdale - I highly suggest you change your attitude towards your customers. You never know who will be buying. I can't decide if it was the way I was dressed (intentionally) or just awful customer service in general. But last night we had the intention of spending about $2000 on our shoe selection, and if all went well, we were considering returning to buy a pair for our entire wedding party (12 people total).

  Wow I'm shocked at these poor reviews. I visited the store over the weekend and the staff were so attentive. I couldn't make up my mind what shoe would go best with my suit. They were very patient and helpful. Love my Loubs

  The female salesperson at louboutin was the most condescending and judgemental person I have ever dealt with. I asked her 5 times to get me a shoe to try on and instead of getting the shoe, she first ignored me, and then rolled her eyes at me and was like "I don't think you'll like those shoes". Excuse me? How would this person know what I like? Not only that, she completely judged me based on my appearance and was giving me dirty looks. She acted as if I was not going to buy shoes from here and that I was too "poor" to afford these because of my appearance. This was the worst experience I have had in a retail store. Not only did the female employee stereotype me, she literally refused to help me. If this female salesperson helped me and brought me the shoe I asked for, I would have bought the $1200 shoe and she would have got the sale, but instead she was too buys judging my wallet.

  I will never buy anything from here.. I don't recommend this store at all, especially if you don't look "rich". There is way too much stereotyping going on here. The salespeople need to be re-trained and be taught that stereotyping is not the way to get sales.

  I had a very bad experience here. I went to this store to buy shoes, however, the employees at louboutin were so rude and condescending that I decided to go to Jimmy Choo and buy shoes there instead. At least at Jimmy Choo, employees don't judge you based on your appearance.

  I decided a while back that whenever I make my "expensive" purchases now, I will be going to these high-end stores dressed down (i.e. sweatpants) to see if the customer service team attends to my needs, or just ignores me completely for the way I am dressed. (Respect to EVERYONE is big for me, as I didn't always have money). Last night my fiance and I walked into Louboutin Yorkdale with the full intension of buying a pair for myself, and a pair for him in the men's section for our upcoming wedding, and of course as expected, completely ignored. Not even a "hello". There was no one else in the store and we were still ignored. Even when I was holding a heel in my hand waiting for assistance.
