  Manager lied to the customer. Last Sunday, I went to this store to return a pair a boots with an original receipt and I was told I couldn't get the store credit as I paid by a gift card. I waited for more than 10 mins to talk to the manager and she said I could only exchange within 60 days. Then I questioned her that Call it Spring and Aldo are the same group and I was able to get a store credit from Aldo. She said their system was different and she couldn't do it then she walked away. I was very upset and I don't believe it is true. I called the customer service and it has been confirmed that I will be able to get the store credit with an original receipt if I paid by gift card. This incident proves that the manager at this store is lazy and she doesn't want to help the customer when doing refund and I'm glad that I called the customer service.

  Plus the shoes aren't even good quality, you can see the glue oozing from the edges, I would ask for a refund or exchange but it would be futile.

  Horrible customer service instore, even wrost online. They didnt have any of the sizes I needed, the reps were running around like chickens with their heads cut off couldnt even get me the rigth shoes. They placed the order online for me, I received 1 out of the 3 pairs. It has been nearly 2 weeks now. I call them and they say not only can they not send me a new pair, they cannot even refund me and that I have no choice but to wait for a UPS investigation.
