  Service is VERY slow, it can often take as much time as an actual restaurant to get your food. Quality of the food is decent if you buy an expensive combo very poor if you buy a cheaper item. This is somewhat expected but they really will just throw ingredients on the bun for value menu items I have been given the base of heads of lettuce more than once. Overall the place is quite dirty also and generally seems understaffed and mismanaged.

  - Update Sept 26, 2017: I crossed by this location and I realized how they improved their service and burgers. I rate it 4 stars now. Good job everyone.

  This location tends to be slower than most fast food chains. The quality and price of the food is great though. The front end staff is friendly, and end up apologizing for the wait frequently.

  I wouldn't say that their service is slow but rather the sheer number of people showing up at peak times overwhelms the number of terminals they have. They now have kiosks to alleviate the previous congestion from ordering. That said, I think the kiosks have placed additional production pressures on the staff and they are not as chipper on the whole as before.

  Their service is slow... If you just wanna grab a burger and have it on-the-go you need like 5 minutes to pickup. Quality is good, though.

  It might be fast food like any other Wendy's but here I found very kind staff. It makes the experience better.

  Decent Wendy's outpost located at Empress Walk often busy with kids from schools at lunch time (especially when the spicy chicken is $3).

  It's not a large location but it has lots of windows, a fireplace and TVs. Enjoy!

  I do like their burgers (I think the double burger combo is the best value and I like to add an extra tomato slice and pickles), their chili with crackers and extra chili sauce is dynamite, and their Frosty deals in summer are irresistible. Their salads are way better than McD's little cup of greens and their fries are just as good now. They also have the drink machines which you can use to make your own choice of types and flavours.
