  Stopped by here in the afternoon for a 3 piece tender combo to go, got the food right away within a minute and when I had it later everything was dry and hard. Seems like it was food from the previous day, not going back here.

  They don't make things fresh they give you old semi warm old chicken. The tender are really small compared to other Popeye's. They gave me pop with ice that was 75% of the large cup. These people suck...there are other Popeye's around go there save ur money.

  Do not order from just-eat! Terrible delivery service! I have contacted Just-eats by Facebook, live message and web support to request a refund. They don't have an email address. No response after 12 hours.

  8:30pm Still no food, now it says estimated delivery time 9pm. We are disappointed, furious, we want to cancel our order and get a refund.

  We call Just-eat, and the automated message says to start a live chat. We started a live chat, and nobody has answered our message after 15 min. We call Just0eat again, and still on hold after 15 min. The driver has been changed 3 times so far.

  Food was fair and the service person was polite and gave a smile. The down side is this place seems to be frequented by large groups of loud, sketchy, ethnic teenagers on lunch break from school (im not being racist. I'm ethnic too). I didn't feel safe and i noticed the other patrons were uncomfortable because of their presence, too. Looks like from low income housing.

  It took 2 hours and 15 min for them to make my delivery! I live near Bayview/Sheppard and usually use Ubereats to order from Popeye, but this Popeyes uses just-eat.ca to deliver.

  I have been visiting this store from last 5 years now and have noticed that the standard of this location has gone drastically down since the Change of previous owner. The customer service is just above standard, which might not be a bigger concern for some but the actual disappointment is in the quality of food. I tried them 4 times in last 3 months but never been served fresh food.

  8pm rolls around, and it suddenly says estimated delivery time 8:30pm! The just-eat website states to call the restaurant. So we call the restaurant, they said the order has been picked up already. Then where is our food?

  7:05 We placed an order on the just-eat website for 8 pieces of chicken, side order of coleslaw and cajun fries and 1 biscuit. Estimated delivery time 8pm (55 minutes!). Ok it's a Friday night, I guess they are super busy. No problem.
