  I really don't like a policeman here, I think his discrimination against Asians. He said that my English is not good why come to Canada, I was really sick. But on the other person really is very good and patience.

  This place is a scam. I was told I couldn't release my car from here until I called my insurance. I had to go to the police and they made them release my car. This place is a scam... Never leave your car there. I came back 20 hours after I did the report and they charged me $650. Non drivable fee-$350, tow fee-$212.44 and storage fee-$40 for a grand total of $653.14. Such a scam! I would rather let a tow truck driver make money before I let these con artists make anything off me.

  Everything depends on the officer you get. If you get a nice person, you'll be treated with respect and not like an annoyance. If you're unfortunate enough to end up with a rude officer, then nothing good can be said about this place. I've happened had both, and trust me, the nice officer experience was much better!

  Got into an accident, was told by CAA to get towed to the Collision Centre. The wait was very long (about two hours) and it was a bit confusing but afterwards everyone was very friendly and helpful to me! The police officer was very reassuring and made the whole experience better for me.

  I had great and helpful service from A-Z. I also saw how the officers and clerks were with other customers and everyone was very nice, patient, and helpful.
