  To make matters worse, cashier validated my parking ticket wrong so I had to go back up to the store to get it corrected after trying to exit at the gate(underground). Parking lot was full and it took me extra 15 minutes to find another spot to park to go back up which was really irritating.

  There's a wide variety of pet supplies here and adoption services for cats.

  Great location, accessable from the street, feels smaller than others but they still stock a wide range of products. Clean store with nice, helpful staff members. They also validate parking with a $20 purchase.

  This review is mostly for the grooming salon. My two dogs' grooming jobs were the worst I've had and now one of my dogs is bleeding on his nail because it was cut extremely short.

  Waited for 15min at the cash register for anyone to check me and other 3 people out. Only one girl who worked there was found who checked people out on the other side of the store- very confusing layout no notes for costumers and waste of time.

  Wow, I'm very impressed with this PetSmart. The location is terrific and I like the wide variety of pet supplies available. It's nice to have a pet supply store like this so close to the subway. It makes stopping by for a quick shopping trip very easy. The staff were very helpful as well. The layout is really nice, plenty of space to walk around especially if you have a four legged friend with you
