  I wish I could give no stars. The lot that I parked at was run by Honk Mobile. This company purchased the lot and changed service provider a week later. They kept the previous signs up on the lot. I met with the parking attendant and said there was supposed to give a grace period. As requested I sent a screen shot of my honk mobile purchase along with ticket which i was told to do. They came back and told me that I had to pay the ticket. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO PARK AT PRECISE LOTS. Give the money to the municipality. THIS COMPANY IS PREDITORY

  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered a parking pass from precise park link for one month. The representative on the phone failed to write this down and I was automatically registered for automatic monthly renewals. When i learned of this error and informed precise park link that I have been charged for months where I did not use the pass once, they informed me that no refund will be given, and further cancellations need to be made over a month in advance so I will be charged for another 2 months from the date of this call. Horrific customer service, fraudulent behaviour, avoid at all costs.

  Absolutely insulting! Tried to pay online and it got denied, telling me instead to call. When trying to do so the employee then played games. I called and got hung up on PURPOSELY 28 times consecutively! All I wanted to do was pay the damn $25. Shame on the employee who pulled that stunt. Speaks volumes about the company.

  These reviews are very accurate. I spent 25 min on the phone being passed between 3 different departments and finally being put on what seemed like a permanent hold. All I wanted to know was if my husband could park is over-sized work truck in the lot we currently pay monthly for. If anyone from the organization is reading this, I would appreciate an answer.

  I spoke to Molsen (TL) for Monthly Parking, he is under the direction of a supervisor named Patrick. These two idiots just made my life much more stressful. I swear after telling them my situation about my parking under 2 different company they still wont re-instate my parking pass so I can park close to my work. These 2 idiots are the worst people in the world and I hope that someday karma will bit them in the butt. I am a paying customer and they refused to give me service at the end of all the explanation!!! A$$h0les
