  Great hotel. Everything in the room was clean. No dust. Washroom is clean. Shower is clean. Bedding is amazingly soft. Air conditioning was nice and cool. Not cold. Bad thing was I had to intervene in two domestic abuse situations in the hall way in one night. Sad. Which made me lose sleep from noise because I didn't intervene right away. They gave me late check-out. I believe they put me in the party section of the hotel. Make sure that doesn't happen to you.

  The property is not bad, but appears in need of updating. The first room I was assigned had broken curtains. I was courteously reassigned to a different room - and the fabric on the chairs was plainly worn- through and in need of replacement.

  Having said that, the property is well located, near an LA Fitness "Signature" club and near many nice eateries in the Don Mills mall area. Enjoy your stay!

  I was here for a short conference for one day so didn't really get a full experience of the hotel. What I will comment on is the location is pretty easy to find and had lots of parking when I was there. It's an automatic license plate reader so no need for a ticket or going to the front desk. Also when at the conference they had an iPad at each door where you just punched in your license plate to register for parking with your event. On my way out the reader knew I was part of a conference and out I went. Easy! Also the food was good to there as well. We had lunch there and food was warm and tasty. No complaints for the short duration I was there.

  First time staying at a Westin property. Lobby is very nice but rooms are very dated and very little attention to detail. Carpets in hallway leading to room are stained and has rolls. Room lacks electrical outlets by the bed, have to charge phone across the room. Robe provided is old and stained. Pictures on the wall are not even hung straight. Repairs in bathroom were poorly done and fixtures dated. Not what I anticipated in staying in a higher end property. I have stayed in nicer Holiday Inns.

  We have our annual work Christmas party here and the food and service during the party was exceptional. We also booked a room and while they couldn't supply me with a AAA Battery, they certainly made an effort and I think they were going to send someone out for it. I didn't need one that badly. We also ordered room service and the food was again, excellent. Our stay was exceptional. We even got valet parking because it was winter and cold plus it was only an extra 6 dollars so what the heck! No discount for high level Local Guides though.
