  Used this Holiday Inn for an off-site meeting. Affordable, scalable for different groups and phenomenal staff. Location is accessible by guests as it's off the highway and across the street from a subway station. Friendly, professional and knowledge staff. Had a billing issue and staff made every effort to ensure I had all my questions answered and resolved the issue. Catering service was provided on time and made evey effort to accomodate our attendees - even with last minute changes. Would book again.

  This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.

  Staff is great, atrium is beautiful, feels like your on a resort and the pool is great too.

  Water leaking in bathroom. Stepped into a puddle numerous times today. Room had a very foul smell. I have walked up 8 flights of stairs each time I returned to my room for my entire stay because the elevators have issues. My room has a great deal of wind noise through the door wall as well. I have stayed in hotels for half the price of this room and had far better accommodations. Several staff members have seemed inflexible and done little to mitigate for the better. One staff member did at least go out of his way and show A respectable level of customer care.

  Parking appears to be pricey and its a bit out of the way but it is close to the subway and Yorkdale Mall.

  Decent hotel. Beds are comfortable, and rooms have a mini fridge and coffee maker.

  Only complaint is the elevators, very slow and dont work properly. Other then that, no complaints. I slept great every night, no noise, no issues.

  Old broke down hotel. One of the worst places I have stayed for the money. Terrible facilities, if you plan on staying more than a few days wash machine were broken. The customer service was OK. There was something always broke for $150 a night I expected more.The elevators are having issues, you have to hold the 11 the entire ride to get to the 11th floor or it won't stop. Sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes for an elevator to show up, this is true even if its not busy. Do not pay $25 for the breakfast buffet it was not worth it, stop at local restaurant or fast food. This place made my trip to Toronto miserable. I will not stay again. I have had much better luck a the Residence Inn.
