  The employees on site left the establishment at 12:20pm so there was no one to deal with the varying issue that took place after they left. Issue number one: The coin machine started taking coins and not dispensing change. I called the number under their advert and reached one of the employees that had left. I told her my issue relating to the coin machine. She questioned me about why I put the amount of money, I put in the machine (In a very condescending way), no apology. Then told me she was done for the day so I would have to come back another day. Issue number two: Unbeknownst to me one of the dryers was out of order (no sign displaying that of course) so I put money in there. It did not work so again I had to call. This time to no answer. I had to leave a voicemail explaining the situation. There should be someone on site to handle the issue of the laundromat. I think that is a reasonable expectation. I am speaking for myself but I witnessed several other people who had issues at this location today. I had to warn several people, while I was here, to not use the machines and that is not my responsibility. Overall my experience was poor to put it nicely.

  I wouldn't do laundry here even if it was free make sure you take your own quarters do not use the change machine and never go to the attendent for any kind of change

  Half of the washing machines and dryers are broken and the owner refuses to get them fixed. The change machine never has change so if you only have bills you better go to a bank and purchase quarters for the machines.

  I gave them 3 expensive dresses to dry clean. They Lost all three of my dresses, now the lady hangs up on me everytime i call looking for a manager or owner! i went in there to talk to them, and she called me a liar,(even though i have the slip to prove it) yelled and screamed at me. WORST LAUNDRY MAT IN THE CITY...DO NOT GO!!!! Believe me you do not want to trust them with your clothes!!!!!!!!
