  Walked into the store, waited 15 mins for someone to help me. The sales rep aren’t that helpful, plus when you purchase a ring for $700 they put it in a small pouch bag instead of a box and when I ask for the the ring box because they said sorry you have to spend minimum $1000 for that. Over a 5-10$ box they can’t make a customer happy. It’s ridiculous how they treat you and don’t take the initiative to gain customer loyalty. Never shopping for a gift again at Tiffany’s

  Made me wait 15mins just looking around. When I purchased a ring for my sister they said sorry since you spent only $786 you only get a pouch. I requested a box, I didn’t know it would be a big deal. Lady that was helping me told me either upgrade get a better ring or your only getting the pouch.

  Bad experience with the jewelry, my bracelet broke twice and earring once. When the pendant fell off my bracelet, with the loop to hold it completely in tact they told me it was my fault for not bringing it in more often to get it checked on. Then told me i had to pay to get it fixed and fees are great. Didnt seem grwat to me! Terrible service to pay a lot and get nothing in return!

  From my experience, I was greeted and helped in the engagement section. The asian lady was very helpful to show me one ring at a time and served me a bottle of water. I had time to think while she was explaining the details of each ring. I was very thankful of the time devoted to me.

  Loved the store , like stepping into a chocolate box - some of the staff can be super stuffy and others overly helpful - need to find the balance.
