  My family and I have been going to Adore for 3 years now at the Fairview location and have had the best experience. The employees and Managers have great costumer service. I 100% trust them and will keep going! :)

  This business will not survive much longer if the current manager stays employed here. I have never seen such disrespectful service in my life. She is incredibly rude and completely unwilling to help. It appears her answering a very simple and reasonable question is too much for her to bear. Looking at the other reviews it seems many others have had similar experiences. If the owner of this business knew how many customers she was deterring I'm sure she would have been fired a long time ago. Hopefully this reaches the owner one day.

  I always shop at this location and Scarborough Town center. All the staff are amazing and very helpful. They always know what suits me best. The always have amazing sales. I love all their products and their prices are way lower than other competitors in the market.

  Not impressed with the management here. I came and asked if boxing day has a sale and a nice sales rep told me 10%. My response as a joke was "that's it?" then the so called "manager" comes out of no where and yells at me saying "THE SALE IS 10 PERCENT BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY ON SALE!" so I told her kindly "someone's helping me already and she already told me the sale. You don't need to yell at me for it." As the nice sales rep was helping me, another sales rep comes and yells at me and tells me not to be rude to their manager and told me I don't have to buy from there. Next thing you know these women are trying to gang up on me at their job. This team is so unprofessional except the only 1 out of 4/5 women working there. This company/location doesn't deserve your business, look elsewhere.
