  It's hard to find a person to get responsibility. They ruined my credit score and in some incident they did not refund the money for returned item. Some Rental tools are not operating and its another scam.

  I came in looking for help with an exotic light fixture. There was no one in the aisle for electrical lighting. Not a great start. Went to the customer service desk and the girl was actually pretty helpful. She initially called on several different channels for a rep. He was not available for whatever reason so she called a manager. After about 5 minutes He and a guy pushing an empty cart went to find the rep. That deals with lighting.

  When she told me to come back, I got excited since I have contractor coming soon. Suddenly there were multiple staffs who came up and suddenly they figured out everything. They told me everyone was trying to help but I didn’t think so.

  After 10 minutes of waiting I went to the manager who was speaking with someone in a different department. Initially he tried walking away saying "that's not my department" and that I needed to talk to a guy they couldn't find. I then explained that I've been waiting for 20 minutes so he yells to two other employees, one saying that the rep I need is on break and the other that they don't know where the guy is. The manager tells me to wait at the service desk, doesn't apologize for the wait, doesn't give me an ETA, and after 5 more minutes I talk to the kid that was with the manager before, still pushing around an empty shopping cart, and he doesn't even offer to help.

  Stay away unless you know exactly what you need and where it is in the store. Next time I'll buy it on Amazon.

  That is terrible service when literally dozens of employees are standing around, and not one had the knowledge or at least cared enough to take a stab at looking with me, so I just left.

  I was in this store today and the service was horrible. I was trying to buy humidifier but the check out lady told me she was afraid she could not sell the item to me since she couldn’t find a way to put it through the system. I showed her the SKU number but it didn’t help. My wife called the store and the store confirmed they had 5 in stock at that moment before I drove there. I came in within 30 minutes but still got this result,

  They are HORRIBLE THIEVES. They sold me a WHIRLPOOL washing machine and the first day I used it, it didn't rinse and then it leaked large amounts of water all over the floor. I called in and they refused to take ANY responsibility whatsoever. It took me TWO MONTHS of nearly daily arguing with them and their disgusting manager of this location to FINALLY refund the money. Then they refused to pick up the piece of trash and expected me to pay to have it moved!!!!!!!!!!! Another two weeks of arguing and they finally hauled it away. They should not be in business and if you shop there you will be lied to and cheated!
