    Poor customer service. My cousin sent my 90 year old grandmother a beautiful arrangement that was dying when it arrived at our home. I told my grandma maybe it was just those few flowers and that everything would be fine. I left for the night and came back to more then half the flowers DEAD!!

    Spoke to a lady and explained the whole situation. She couldn't help me because it wasn't her location (lol then why take the other locations calls) so she would take my number and someone will call my 90 year old grandma the next day. . Seemed shifty so I asked them to call my cell instead.
