  The store owner Dawn and her staff are all extremely rude. I had stopped by inquiring about flowers for my wedding and an upcoming anniversary for my parents. They told me to go on their website and wouldn't talk to me further. I pulled up the website while there and there were no wedding items listed. I asked again if I could get an estimate and some ideas. Dawn and her 4 other staff were "too busy" to talk to me and scolded me for coming in the week of Valentine's day. Apparently their services do not cater to other special occasions or ones that are of lower volume. Customer service clearly does not have a place at this shop and will ultimately lead to their demise. I'll be sure to not give them any more business nor will anyone in my network.

  Surprised the gf with roses last min on vday. Owner was really nice and helped put it together. I don't know much about flowers but her choice was spot on cause my gf loved them

  Easy way to send flowers to my friends everywhere in Toronto. They made amazing arrangements at very reasonable price. They also send delivery confirmation after delivery. Very impressed with their service, will use again.

  Rude and terrible service seems to be a common theme among the reviews. I called in the store to place an order for flowers for an anniversary and it looked nothing like what they confirmed on the phone when I picked it up. They claimed their English wasn't good and that I had to accept what they gave me. They were also apparently too busy to change the order and nothing more could be done. Their bad customer service and abrasive language tops my list as the worst shopping experience ever.
