  Extremely bad customer service at Centerpoint mall location. Many hassles to replace a product bought after paying extra money for 'advantage policy'. Asked to come again since manager is on vacation. Further the person was even trying to sell their internet plan and phones.

  I've started buying headphones at the source like 3 years ago it's a great place even with out a bell discount.I have I've bought 2 pairs of beats studios wireless in the past and they let me replace them instantly compare to apple or other places and the prices there are great like for example the beats ep are $130 and it's on sale rn for $80 then bell discount for the source is %30 so I spent $55 on them then $90, oh btw the people who work there are nice and the manager is amazing compare to other store locations.

  Horrible shopping experience. Being a Engineer myself i found the manager to be extremely incompetent and very condescending. Prejudiced may be. Manager is the guy with the pony tail, I can only wonder what his staff would be like. Did tell him that, went to Bestbuy after that.

  Great experience here. I especially recommend the sales rep Jugal, who helped me with a return. He was very professional and understanding. Will definitely come back in the future.
