    This is Canada's first ever Microsoft Store, a retail store showcasing the best products from the venerable company. First opened in 2012, the store sells PCs, Windows, Office, Xbox, and other hardware and software while providing a friendly atmosphere with staff always willing to answer customers' questions and provide additional support. There is also the Answer Desk which provides help in various means, particularly technical support. Very informative and professional service from people who know their stuff.

    I found out surface pro on sell at Best buy and Microsoft web site and ask them about it but first associate told me that its only web special. also he told me that I should buy that at best buy if its on sell. I had decided to buy them at best buy but I also need to buy a pen and a keyboard, so I asked other associate to buy them and asked her same question about discount. she told us they much up price and I shows her website then she asked other associates about discount but other 2 guys at casher said that " That is US website not in Canada" they reject it. its clearly said CAD $799!! they don't even try to confirm website and don't even want to help me out. it was so bad that way they treat me as a customer. there is only one associate so helpful and listen what I mention about it. she checked website and confirm the price. I really appreciate to her help but other associates at Microsoft store was the worst. They over charge to customers who bought Surface Pro before 2pm and day before because its family day special start on FEB 17th. all Surface Pro discount $250.no wonder Apple has more customer than Microsoft store. Apple associates are so much better, friendly and more helpful to customer.

    Evan Caplin is probably the best employee at the Microsoft Yorkdale location. He is patient and very willing to help you with every problem you encounter. If you need help with your laptop, ask for him! The customer service I received today from him was exceptional. Such a great person!

    Had my Surface Book replaced under Microsoft Complete without any hassle or drama. Staff was very friendly and upbeat. Overheard another employee being completely honest with their customer about when a warranty was worth it and when it wasn't - no pushy sales tactics.

    Was helped today with a Surface Pro Pen issue. Great service, fast, friendly. The associate helping me (Evan) was able to work through the possible causes of the problem and when it was found that the Pen was defective, he replaced it for me with a new one, no charge (mine was less than a year old).
