  I both a Canon inkjet printer for 99$ (including 1 cartridge which I did not have to buy as there was a cartridge included, but the 'helpful' sales guy forgot to tell me).

  Great store, i can always go in person and view the items personally, unlike amazon where there is no physical store you can visit. I hope canada computers can keep up business. We need local stores.

  Best location in the province! They are super friendly and knowledgeable here. I love the staff and managers. Always willing to help and research parts and solutions. Will continue to visit often. Highly recommended!

  Last week I had a big job installing electronics and computer equipment at the clients office. Canada Computers made the whole experience as easy as it could be. I had to get bags of wires, adapters and network cards.

  Went in to do some data recovery on a SD, the pictures were accidentally deleted. Alan in the service center, without checking with anyone else, told me that they don't do data recovery and since they are deleted there is no way to retrieve them. It states on the website that it is a service that is offered and I personally had run a program at home to assess the data on the SD card but didn't feel confident I could retrieve them myself. I contacted another CC location and the staff at the yonge and eglinton store were successful in retrieving my lost data. Alan needs to work on his customer service.

  So on coming home I am trying to put the cartridge in the printer; which did not work as there was a piece missing.The cartridge must be placed in a removable bay which you then slide into the slot. And that removable bay was not there anymore. So I go back and tell them that they just (1 hour ago) sold me an incomplete printer which is unworkable. Their answer was flabbergasting - to put it mildly - all sales are final and I need to contact Canon directly to get that missing part!!!

  I have been a customer of Canada Computers for many years now. They have grown from a rather small business to a real powerhouse for computer stuff.
