    I always had good experience with all of the Best Buy stores in Toronto. But this particular one do not match up to the standard of the others. The staffs are very rude and do not respect the customers and their time . They do not even price match the product from their own shelf, do not take responsibility of their mistakes, instead blame customers for replacing products in their shelves. I had quite a bitter experience with this store with 2 of the staffs yesterday. Will never go back to this store again.

    Good collection of items, but still it is not a big store.Generally they suggest to visit store in downtown if u want to have item right now.

    You can hardly find anyone to help you when it’s not busy. It’s a good place to buy and go. But not a good place to ask questions.

    The Best Buy here is massive, with lots of items. Although it isn't as popular as ones such as Leaside. I'll rate it a 3 star, since it's not big, however it doesn't mean the service is bad. The employees are amazing. They helped me out when times were rough, and I was lost.

    Quiet location. Staff are a bunch of kids but if you know what your looking for its perfect for a quick visit
