Worst experience at Apple store ever. Took my Mac to get bios unlocked, the person at the genius bar refused to have a look at it because according to him it was a vintage laptop meaning 4 years old. He referred me to go to a third party store who would charge me to get it unlocked. Spoke to the manager Erica at the store who is the worst, she made me feel like it is my fault that the laptop is locked and I am wasting her time bringing my laptop there, EXTREMELY RUDE, according to the store "Apple does not have the technology to unlock it" which was BS. Long story short took it to third party, they couldn't unlock it because only Apple knows how to unlock that type of reset. Took it to another Apple Store, and they did it for me right away. Worst Experience ever, would recommend never to go to this store for any problem.

I went in for them to fix my broken screen. They wiped my phone and gave me a new one because they couldn't do it. They wouldn't even let me keep the hard drive of my old phone - Lafayette Apparently a machine was broken, At this apple, One in a mall that tons of people go to every day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. My iCloud was too full to update my phone because I own 4 apple devices. Silly move because now I've lost thousands of pictures of my family. They recommended that someone several hours from here could maybe perhaps recover a little for $800 and they're not apple. I think it's time I stop using apple.

I don't know why there is a trend these days that all Apple Store employees treat customers like trash, they think they are too cool because they work at Apple so they can say and do whatever they want without any consequences. I entered the store close to closing time with a clear target, I wanted to check the new iPhone. I stopped at the very first iPhone literally closest to the door and was checking the camera and the wireless charging. I was approached by a rude employee that asked me to leave the store immediately, although the store was still full of other people browsing and discussing stuff, I have no idea why he decided to start with me. I told him that I drove all the way from Kingston (2 hours 40 mins) just to check the camera and the charger, so I asked him to start dealing with other people inside and to give me just 1 minute, I won't take any longer than that. But he simply said "Unfortunately, we don't have any exceptions here at Apple" Holy **** really? I'd like your CEO to hear this statement. What kind of exceptions am I asking you for? even if you want me to leave, you can ask nicely and politely, provide valid reasons and I will at least leave the store satisfied or convinced. You don't have to be rude and arrogant. I love Apple and its products, but every time I walk in a store I regret my action...

I recently bought a Magic Mouse 2, an AV Adapter, and a Magic Keyboard 2 for my Macbook Pro, during really crowded hours. Employee helped me really fast, and I left satisfied. Really good service overall, just a bit crowded sometimes. I don't get the negative reviews ;)

Fast and great service! Really appreciated it. I left my Macbook to get a battery replacement and was able to personally talk to the technician (Jonathan) who was working with my Macbook regarding the issues with it.
