  I went to this clinic once since my finger was injured (Mallet finger). The doctor didnt even touch and did not bother herself to search to get more information about it since she didnt know anything about it. just she refereed me to a Plastic surgeon ! (I dont know why!) with a appointment in two months! she really didnt care

  The doctor on call was pleasant and helpful, but we still waited 45 minutes for a flu shot (Shoppers next door was 10 minutes). They also couldn't tell us why they wouldn't submit a simple urine drug screen, just 'my manager says so'.

  On Feb 20, my wife went there 9:00am when it was opened as she had a fever for 4 days. It's about 7 persons in the waiting room. However, some people came late but were called earlier. It might be normal walk-in clinic way she guess. But when my wife was called into a room after 2 hours, she still waited more than 40 minutes in the room. Dr. Zuzana Gross came in and just said it is a normal flu. When my wife asked which medicine she can take, "whatever you want", the doctor replied rudely. We forgot to check the review rating, that's lesson learnt. Dr. Zuzana Gross is the worst doctor we have ever met in Toronto.

  I have attended for 20 years this clinic and Dr. Bafundi consultation , at least my experience with Dr. Bafundi is the Best.

  I have been at this clinic many times . And when they first opened I had no issues their services was exceptional. From receptionist to doctor . But now 2 years later I revisited this clinic and it has been nothing but very unprofessional service . Not only are the receptionist rude . They mock you and they do not rely proper information unto the patient . They are Filipino and rudely make comments about you in there language . I was giving a time and date to come in and see a doctor only to be told when I came back that the doctor is not able to see me and had left so I had to return again . Doctor refuse to fill provide a prescription because he wanted me to come . mind you the medication the pharmacist was requesting is not a high level drug this is a drug to prevent and ease nausea for pregnancy woman . If they know your number they ignore the calls , or pick up and hang up on you or tell you to hold on places you on a long power hold . Honestly I am extremely surprised at this facility and extremely disappointed and would not be returning nor recommending anyone to go to this clinic sadly . So yes the stars are correct there services are extremely horrible .
