    I actually didn’t have a bad experience with the staff, they were just kind of... there. If I’m honest I don’t think that the quality of the shop is that great, but considering it’s cheap and has a large range of smells it’s great for gifting.

    Love. Love. Love. B & B Works! Best store to walk into if you're feeling down and out! The smell will perk you up guaranteed :-)

    Please replace some of the staff. Ladies at the cashiers had no clue what they were doing, while 1 didn’t know what products are for what promotion, the other one asked me to go back to grab a product with a barcode. It’s not my first time at bath & body, usually they would have another staff help bring one. The store wasn’t even busy. Just don’t go, terrible service.

    Absolutely awful experience, the girl who did my check out was very impatient in explaining the questions I had about the prices and the promotion. At the end she just rolled her eyes at me and asked for a more experience person to explain to me. The other person explained things very clearly unlike the girl. The cashier didn’t wear a name tag so I think she might be training. But she was very unprofessional and an absolute terrible sales person. I don’t know why the shop would keep such an horrible staff that will affect the reputation of the store.
