  Went in to have my brakes fixed. Was called the next day by owner saying car is good to be picked up. Upon leaving the repair shop, I could tell my brakes were still not working properly (same as before/why I originally went in to have them fixed). Brought the car back...Told two days later by one mechanic there that there was nothing wrong with the brakes: "I drove your car and it is safe to drive", he said. I continued to tell him there was a problem but he wouldn't listen; said he would look again and to call back the next day. Called back the next day, spoke to owner who also told me he drove the car and there was nothing wrong with the brakes.

  So I went down there, got in the car with him, and within 3 minutes of being on Keele, slamming on the brakes when going 50 as I would if I were in the accident, and what do you know the brakes slip and don't stop the car right away. Needless to say the owner clearly does not know how to fix brakes properly, gave me a dangerous car and told me it was safe to drive it on the road. Also terrible customer service skills when I told him the car was not safe (ie. yelling over the phone at me and yelling in person, hung up the phone while speaking with him).
