    Got to the location but the car type I had rented wasn't there. (They we're counting on a client returning the car in the morning but they hadn't returned).

    Customer service is most often good and their cars are clean and well maintained. Pick-up and drop-off is always quick and easy. The most recent time I had a car from here I had to decline an upgrade (for an extra cost) 3 or 4 times before their representative finally backed down.
