  7. The staff kept saying he does not work at Avis and therefore he cannot provide me with more information regarding the cost or insurance, which confuses me because I am 100% sure I was dialing the correct number.

  A friend of mine recommended that I rent a car from AVIS. So overall price was competitive and I got an extra 10% when I booked a medium car in advance and paid online. When I went to pick it up, I had several punches in my face:

  6. When we called to ask for detail, the staff refused to provide info on the severity of the scratch/insurance process/approximate damage cost, and we only have until noon time to go and check on the car. Had to skip work to see the scratch in person.

  DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give 0 starts I would seriously do it! The WORST customer experience that I've ever experienced in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only every time I went there I had to wait for a 30+ minutes to get a car that I booked, they tried to accuse me for damaging the car although that damage was already there when I picked up the car, it was even on the inspection paper and they still tried to get me pay for it!!! Then I had to chase them and make enldess numbers of calls until Avis claims department admitted that it's not my fault and the case is being canceled. UNBELIEVABLE! The customner representatives in this store are just the most rude people I met, seriously!!!

  I knew Avis is more expensive than the other. But different customer is different price. After I got the car, I saw the receipt inside and dirty inside. The thing impress me is that we rent at the same branch and also rent two days the same vehicle but he just paid half of what I paid. Outside of the car is dirty but I just ignore that, because they park the car outside. What a nice company! Why there is not a option for zero star?
