I'd encourage anyone who has been conned by these people to contact the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council. With their help, you may be able to get some compensation. It is a lengthy process, but it's a matter of principle. And after being ripped off, it gets personal.

The vehicle still continued to break down and I continued to fix it, just riding it out trying to get every single kilometer out of this car. Finally in August, the vehicle died on Hwy 401 in the rush hour. In that situation, I nearly died and now I am forced to scrap this vehicle and purchase a new one. I am devastated and mislead.

This car had over 5000 damage before they purchased it and was written off by the insurance company. Trust Auto sales fixed it up, poorly I may add, and sold it to my girl friend at top dollar, $3400.00.

My mom purchased a car from Faraz Auto Sales about a year and half ago. I was unsure of the whole ordeal, there was something that did not check out with them, but the car "looked" clean. We asked if there were any accidents, and they said that there was a non collision claim on the car, which he explained could be something that was stolen from the car, or a broken window, or perhaps someone stole the wheels and tires for example. They did NOT show us the car proof. At the time, they did show us a UCDA report. We thought that was a car proof report (which he gladly gave us a copy of with the bill of sale), which checked out clean and had no accidents or any reports indicated on it. We thought it was all good and he was just being honest with us by telling us there was some sort of non collision claim that the auction provided him information about, to pass along to potential buyers...we were so wrong!! The car has been ok with minor issues overall, but my mom recently tried to trade it in now for a newer car, and this current dealership, who has been excellent and very honest and up front, unlike these guys, asked us if we had a car proof report so they could see the vehicle history. We provided them with the UCDA report Faraz auto gave us. The new dealership explained that this is NOT a car proof and that often times, the UCDA report is not current and/or exactly correct and that some dealerships will try and pass a fast one showing a UCDA report as a car proof to those who don't know any better (us). The UCDA report may show certain claims or accidents, but will never show you the value amount of the claims and/or where it was hit. The new dealership got the car proof on the car and when we went through it, my mom and I were absolutely shocked. There were 3 claims on this car!!! Yes, one was over $3000 for a non collision claim, but the other 2 claims were collision related and the car has had "structural frame damage" for one of the claims which the auction stated in the car proof!!! Because of this, the quality car we thought we purchased is worth significantly less now on the trade in value because of the frame damage claim, There is not much we can do at this point since it has been over a year now since she purchased the car, but I highly recommend AVOIDING Faraz Auto Sales and NOT doing any sort of business with them. Also on a side note, Faraz auto did not let us test drive the car till after we signed a bill of a sale and left a deposit, which after all this and their sales pitch of why they don't let people test drive their cars, I could only image how hard it would be to get your deposit back from these snakes if the car didn't check out...

Faraz Auto Sales misleads people during the sales pitch. And more importantly, their cars are all junk! Every single one of them. Mine didn't even last a year and a half. They forced me to pay $400 for safety and the when I picked up the vehicle, one of the bulbs from the rear brake light was not working. Yeah that's safety for you!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for a total of $3900. This included $400 for certification and e-testing. I honestly regret buying this piece of garbage every single day. At first glance, the vehicle looked very clean and there were no alarm bells ringing in my mind. After I felt that the sales representative did not fully divulge the vehicle's history, I wanted to back out of the deal after I had placed my deposit. The sales representative refused to pay me back and I ended up purchasing the vehicle because I felt that I had already put my money into it and that I would lose my deposit.

A few months later, the vehicle began to break down frequently and the repairs were really costly. I took a look at the bill of sale and saw that it said that I paid $1600 for the vehicle when in fact, I paid $3900. After I realised this, I felt I was ripped off and I made it my mission to go after them and to get redemption. I called OMVIC and advised them of what happened. In the end, the dealership agreed to pay for half the repairs.

They also removed the check engine bulb from the dash so she never knew it had a fault code, which she did the whole time!

Their only focus is to make money, customers are not important in their minds. When they go out of business, I will be very happy. Good riddance to them. Save your money and go elsewhere. They have some cars that "look" nice, but that's just a way to grab the customer. Take your business elsewhere because they don't deserve even a glass of water.

My girlfriend purchased a 2000 Toyota echo from them in July 2011 as her first car. Not only did they lie to her and scam her they broke the law.

Knowing that she was a new driver and not knowlegable at all in cars they never gave her the carfax on the car like the law says they have to.

When i found this all out i went and acquired it. the reason they never gave it to her is because this car was in 5 major accidents in its lifetime. They also never declared the car as salvage before the fixed it as they assured TD Insurance (I called them) they would.

They pulled every trick in the book on her even the 'single owner lady driven' scam and it had over 8 owners on the UVIP.

Purchased a 2004 Honda Civic and I'm loving it! The name of the salesmen is Ben and I can truthfully say that he is the most polite salesmen I came across out of all the other places I have been to. Note that the location might be a little tricky to find, but hey... to get a good deal, you need to look for one, and this is the place to find it! Putting that aside, because of the excellent service I received, and the great selection of cars to choose from, not to mention the best deals you can find anywhere, I would personally recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from here.
