  Unfortunately, I discovered a few things with my Model X that made the experience less than perfect, namely some distortions in the windshield and rattling in the driver side. I took the opportunity to reach out to the Tesla Lawrence Ave location in Toronto for some help and advice to determine if the issues I had were normal. It took only a few minutes to organize a quick visit for early the next morning.

  Everyone was friendly, spent the time with me to make sure I was happy but also took the time to listen and understand the concerns I shared to ensure my issues were resolved or addressed. Further to this everyone I’ve interacted with has demonstrated a deep level of knowledge and understanding of Tesla products.

  However, what stood out to me wasn’t that things got fixed it was actually the people, the team and their passion. Once the SC team realized I had just taken delivery of the vehicle everyone was quite disappointed and sympathetic to the issues, they did everything they could to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced during the repairs. Despite not having an appointment they accommodated my vehicle and got it on the schedule, they made sure I had a loaner and even over-night the parts needed.

  When I arrived, I was met by a Service Advisor who quickly got someone to assess the concerns I had and we determined I’d need a new windshield and my rattling would get addressed as well. The repairs were quick, efficient and I was actually quite surprised at the turnaround time on these issues.

  This experience is the reason I own a Tesla. I don’t feel like a number or a sale, I feel like I’m a friend, part of the family and more importantly part of the community. This was a huge important point for me when deciding which vehicle to purchase. I also firmly believe this approach is helping to grow and foster the adoption of Electric Vehicles.

  We Went For A Tesla Model X Test Drive And Chris Our Test Drive Helper Was Great! He Was Flawless And Was Great With Kids! Chris Is The Guy To Talk To And Also The Dealership Was Very Clean And When Talking About Tesla He Explained In Full Detail. I Would Recommend Talking To Chris If You Go To This Tesla Location But All Their Employees Are Kind And Hard Working! Good Job Tesla!!!

  I collected my vehicle today after the unexpected service and everything has been resolved. In fact, what I initially thought were minor issues, now that they've been resolved have drastically transformed my experience with this vehicle. Before I found my Model X okay, with the issues resolved I hands down want to be in the vehicle and love the experience every time I get into the vehicle.
