  We purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from Steve at Havakar Auto Group and he was wonderful to deal with. Steve was honest, open and willing to help in any way necessary. On the day we purchased the vehicle, we were in and out within a half hour. Further, within a few days of driving the car, we notified Steve of a concern we had. The car needed repair and he was more than willing to take care of it for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the transaction. We hold Steve in the highest regard and will certainly be back in the future.

  Initially very easy to deal with and very helpful. I went to the office on Thursday and completed all the finance applications. My finance was approved within hours. I spoke with them over the phone and said I had a vehicle that I was interested to trade in also and if they would accept it would sweeten the deal even more. But I made sure to say that regardless of the trade in I was going to go ahead with the sale. They agreed and I paid for a tow truck to tow my vehicle to their mechanic to assess the vehicle and give me a price for the car. I also mentioned that I wanted to have the purchase completed by the following Monday as I was driving a rental and it was costing me around $150 per day. I tried to contact the rep from Hav-A-Kar several times on Saturday to see what result of the assessment was, and if they would also take the trade in or not but the rep could not even be contacted. Finally I received an email saying that he was sorry but the owner had already sold the car to another. So now I'm left with no car, a tow truck bill and an $890 rental car bill. Seriously WTF!!!! Customer service and integrity score is 0/10

  I purchased a used car at HAV-A-CAR through Steven Justein. What a fantastic experience.Not your typical on the corner shady dealer.I purchased a 2004 Camry and the car was gleaming when I picked it up.Steven addressed a couple of issues to make sure the car would pass certification.He told me he will make it right, and did he ever. All the paperwork was ready, and all I had to do was turn the key and drive home. Thank-you Steven and everyone else at HAV-A-CAR. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

  Normally you would think that buying a car would be very stressful. Not so when dealing with Havakar. Steven Justein help me with the process from the beginning to the delivery at their offices on Chesswood Drive in only 5 days. All my concerns were answered and I paid exactly what I was quoted from day one.

  If you are looking for a new car, or a used vehicle that came off a Havakar lease call Steven. He is tied in to all the best services for detailing, bodywork, rims and mechanical. If I have any issues I was TOLD to call him directly. That is what I have been looking for in a car dealership.
