  Great service. Reina saw i had too much to carry and insisted on helping me. What a great customer service representative. If all reps were like this, i might eat at McDonalds everyday...

  Dec 20 14:12 I ordered at the touchscreen kiosk a Mighty Angus meal. The machine didn't print a receipt so I let the lady know at the kiosk and she gave me a number. After 10 minutes of waiting my number is called and and a gentleman showing his receipt with that number the lady gave me picked up the meal. I let the lady know at the kiosk, who gave me the number to begin with what happened. She proceeded to talk to her supervisor looked at her computer and said I didn't pay for my meal!!!!! Eventually the manager came over and while she is looking up the order one of the staff members brings me my meal. The farewell comment from the lady that gave me the wrong number was super nice: "He finally got his Mighty Angus, such a big deal." The whole process was about 15 min which was half of my lunch break gone.

  Long wait during lunch time and gets very messy but I really like the modern look. Food does take a while to come during daytime but during the night this place is five stars. Staff remember you if you come often. Manager is a bit strict but ya can't blame her, it gets really busy. Overall good place if you got time during the day.

  Spend a lot of Sunday mornings here for 2-3h. See many of the same staff who are always pleasant. They have a manager on staff for the first time and she came around to ask if I was ok. Maybe she thought she was being pleasant, but the way it came across was "I am sure your coffee is done why are you here?" No one was asked but me... Honestly if I wanted table service I would not have come to McDonald's. Over all the place is clean, well organized. But if you are only ordering coffee have time on your hands bc it's not the fastest service.

  First visit: ordered a cheeseburger and a small coke. Got a cold cheeseburger and a sloppy ice water coke. U-turn. Drive thru again. Replaced my cheeseburger no problem. Gave me a root beer. Walked in. Bad draft from outside in the line up. Language barriers trying to explain why I am back for the third time. Their apology was laden with frustration that I wanted what I ordered. Everyone has bad days though. Everyone makes mistakes. And no one likes working on a Saturday.
