My second visit, I had a good experience on the first visit but an unpleasant one with Management on the second. We were accused of stealing because an item we bought on the first visit , my son wore the Jacket today apparently it had the price tag $6.99 on it which we were negligent in taking off. I don't blame them to be asking questions but they had to embarrass us first and was not given a chance to explain to them. Luckily I live 2 minutes away I went home got the receipt and showed them. The young lady on the management team was slightly embarrassed when I showed the receipt. They not only lost a sale, they also lost 5 customers as we were shopping for the family. I'll never go back to this location again.

VV isn't a charity, it's a privately owned for profit business that gives pennies on the dollar to charities and dupes people into giving their inventory to them for free... caveat emptor

Go here quite often since it's the closest to my home. Never ONCE had an issue before. Today management really showed their true colours. If a sale is over, take it down your signs (yes multiple signs). If i see it first before you take it down, honour the damn signs. Not my problem, it's yours. Don't give me nonsense about not having a membership card if it clearly says, "not a member? No problem! Sign up for free at the cash register". FYI, if you don't have basic customer service, maybe you shouldn't be a manager!

The staff takes away all the good stuff.......and the remaining branded stuff they price up too high.

Bought Halloween costumes for my kids. This place has some good stuff for Halloween. Service was really good a sales rep took off all the packaging and told my kids to tried on before buying. So nice of her.
