  The threading was done properly and the lady who did it was very nice, however, the owner was extremely rude and had no patience and when I asked her to make sure to cover the entire face she gave me the biggest attitude...

  Also I wouldn't recommended anyone to get their eyebrows micro-bladed by the Russian lady that works there since she totally messed up my brows! After my unsatisfied experience I still went for a touch up because it was really necessary and since I was told that a touch up is included in the price that I payed I though why not ... so after the touch up session was done (which gave me after all still a terrible look) the owner still charged me for the touch up!!

  Worse of all, they ran out of wax in the middle of the job and she continued using a small stencil that is often used for face to wax the entire body

  After 2.5 HOURSSSSS the job ended and when I went to pay, the owner DID NOT by any means apologize and when I politely told her that she should not have given me an appointment if she did not have enough wax, she said "didn't you say you were running late? There is the door, Pay and get out of HERE"!!!!!!!!

  The lady who did the job, however, was very nice and kep apologizing for something that was not even her mistake. I bet they are paying her below minimum wage and making her do all the hard work and take advantage of the fact that she does not speak any English.
