  I have been to numerous St.Louis locations and this was by far the worst. Although a great location, the service was terrible and food was poor in comparison to other locations. After waiting 10 minutes at the door with no one acknowledging us and numerous waiters walking by, we finally sat down to a table with CHEWED chicken pieces from the people before us. Apparently that is "clean" to them. When our waiter came over, she knocked the chicken onto the ground with her hand and took our order. When we finally got our order it was missing a dipping sauce, which then took another 10 minutes for her to realize and then we finally got it. The restaurant felt very dirty and the atmosphere was poor. The music was incredibly loud that my boyfriend and I had to lean in an inch away from each other to have a conversation. Will not be returning.

  Horrible place to be eating. Went inside and not a single worker even glanced over as my friend and I was waiting for a seat as well as other people. Very unprofessional as we waiting 10 mins without a person even glancing over. We decided to go to moxies which was a few steps away. We were seated instantly. Very day and night

  Worst location of this chain I have been to. WAIT TIME is absolute nonsense as for a pound of wings you will have to wait around an hour! To add to that customer service is the definition of UNPROFESSIONALISM.

  This place doesn't even worth that 1 star. it's -20 stars. This was the worse ST.Louis that I've ever been too. It took them about an hour to get our food. The servers are too busy that they don't care about you. It took them forever to bring you something. Even the bill. Will never ever go there.

  Not the best seating during the winter months and there are some very awkward seating arrangements with the tables. Also not the best waiting area near the front when it comes to waiting for a table. The food is decent.
