    They close 12of my accounts with no explanation. I tried calling the head office they say they dont know why???? They have to investigate. Its bull.....!!!

    Scotia bank is great!. Better then TD Bank where they outsource your personal information. This location is good. Nice staff. Strict Management which is needed for good service.

    Their investigation will be 10 business days by that time i lose my business and all my banking. I will never be client of scotia bank ever. After 18 years with out a miss payment of a penny this is what i get...

    The worst scotia branch I have been visited!! They are always making mistakes; not skillful, and very rude. They love to say "You need go to your home branch" so much, but I asked my home branch, and was told every branch can deal with the matter. I will never make this as my home branch, although it's close to my new home. I have very good experience in many scotia branches, except this one!

    If you are looking for a teller to help you with any kinds of banking, be sure to avoid a girl names Nakisha. She is extremely unhelpful and does NOT know a thing about her job. I asked her three questions, all she said was, “ I don’t know”. So since you are working here, why don’t you try to find out?

    garbage customer service. went to make a full withdrawal out of my account and the teller named shy treated me like i was a criminal and interrogated me with questions. these people there are miserable
